At View Your Deal, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain clearance items and intimate apparel are final sale to ensure the highest hygiene standards for all our customers.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original designer tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
